Are You, The Network Marketer, Laser Focus When It Comes To The Social Media Platform?

Social media platform that's the question at hand for you today. "Are you so focus you don't see anything else?" I mean really. You don't see anything else but the social media platform and what it has to offer... I surely hope so because if not, the social media train will definitely be departing soon. And I would hate to see you on the tracks, once it departs.

And just to emphasize emphatically, I do want you to understand that the social media platform really isn't no joke. Because it has proven time and time again, it really isn't going anywhere.

Let's take a moment a reminisce to the 80's when the computer came into existence or better yet, the internet came into existence. Do you remember that time? And if you do that's wonderful news because that says only thing, that you are laser focus and understand the importance of new technology. But again, if your not, that means again that you have drop the ball. And you haven't been keeping up. So, I only encourage to get on the social media train just like one of the leading Speciality Consumer Electronic Retailers.

It was just the other day, I saw first hand this particular Speciallty Consumer Electronic Retailer immediately began using the social media platform to brand their name. Brand their name in such a fashion, I was just amazed. Because I saw they either figured it out or they learned what the social media platform is all about....

Its all about consume needs, know matter how anyone looks at... The major concern has to be with your consumer.

And what better way to get to the masses...

The use of the social media platform.

Just take light to the photo to the right and check out their followers.

Do you see their following?

Its about 6000 plus.

6000 followers.

I know you may say that's not a whole lot following or better yet, its not as many as Ashton Kutcher list. But I do want you to remember that this particular retailer is just in the beginning stages of using this platform in this fashion. And once the word gets out about what they offer in realtime , there following will grow exponentially....

So my question to you today is, "Can you vividly grasp the importance of of the social media platform and why you should be laser focused... after taking note of the photo above?" and "Can you see yourself doing the same thing with your network marketing business?" If so, come learn how to strategically align yourself with the social media platform.

However, if your still in doubt look at the video to the left. And take notice how the video addresses an issue a consumer has.... And at the same time look at how the issue is being addressed by the use of their brand name on the social media platform.

Has The Social Media Platform Left YOU, The Network Marketer Behind?

Let me ask you, "Are You Using The Social Media Platform To Brand You The Network Marketer?" If so, that means you are keeping up with the latest and greatest tools available. You know, it was just the other day, I was listening to the news once again.

And guess what I heard?

Now, did you notice how LT COL Kelvin ARATA talks about the stagnitsm of the Army. And how they have been left behind for whatever reason. And now their about to catapool the Social Media Platform with a vengeance. Throwing everything they have into it because...

So, my question to you the network marketer is "Where do you stand?" Do you see yourself on the side lines as the LT COL Kelvin ARATA and ARMY or are you grabbing hold as the Army? If your grabbing hold, that's great news. However. if your still undecided and your on the sidelines, I ask you to go back and watched the video of LT COL Kelvin ARATA and LT. Gen. Benjamin Freakley as many times as needed, so you may understand the significance of the social media platform. Because social media platform will catapult like no other.

O. K. Let me ask you this question again, "Can A Mission Specialist And A Network Marketer Use The Same Social Media Platform?"

First of all let me ask you, "Have you ever heard of Mike Massimino?" If not, I can completely understand.

Let me be the first to tell you, I didn't have a clue to who Mike Massimino was until just recently. One day, just by chance, I was following a conversation stream on one of the social media platforms.

And guess what?

I learned about Mike Massimino. I found out that he was a mission specialist for NASA.

A Mission Specialist for NASA.


I know you may say, "What does a mission specialist and NASA have to do with the Social Media Platform?"

Honesty, I don't know where to begin. All I know is, as a network marketer, using the social media platform, I discovered Mike Massimino. And on top of that, I discovered we shared something in common. Something, that I found that was quite amazing or better yet, unique because he is a NASA mission specialist.

He actually used this social media platform in outer space to update his 234,240 followers about his mission in space.

234,240 followers.

Did you catch that number, "Two hundred thirty four thousand, two hundred and forty followers?"

Let me ask you, "Have you heard the buzz about the Social Media Platform, lately?"

 

If you haven't I believe you need to take a moment and look outside your window. When I say outside your window, I mean look beyond your surroundings.

 

Let me tell you, just the other day, i was listening to the news by chance and heard something that was very unique. I mean its was so unique, I found it very strange. The news was talking about the Social Media Platform.


I know you may ask...


"What's so unique about the news talking about the social media platform?"


And all I can say is after listening to the broadcast talk about the social media platform, I heard something that was just out of the box. I mean It was completely out of the realm of how things were normally done. Businesses such the law enforcement are beginning to

use the Social Media Platform.


And you know what?


They were using it with a whole new twist. They were using the social media platform to catch criminals .


Do you hear me, Criminals? People are actually being caught by people who are plugged into the social media platform.


What an evolution for social media!  A better form of catching unlawful citizens.....


So my question to you the reader is, better yet, the network marketer if the law enforcement can use the social media platform to this degree, why not your network marketing business?


A business that gives value to its clients by providing solutions for their needs...


Can you understand where I coming from? I mean really can you see it? Your business being

BRANDED by the Social Media Platform.


I know you may see this as a strange way of informing you about social media platform, but I believe you needed to hear this way, because I want you to understand the depth of social media platform.

I truly hope you understand, the effectiveness of this platform. A platform that can catch criminals is a platform that can contribute to the growth your network marketing business..

How To Use The Social Media Platform To Reinforce your Brand

One of the first things you're taught when you enter the world of online marketing is the importance of what's referred to as "branding yourself".

Branding yourself isn't about selling the company you represent or selling a product. It has everything to do with standing out in a crowd and selling your most important product, You.

The social media platform, places like Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace and Twitter, has leveled the playing field and made it possible for the average home based business person to compete with the "big guys" on the internet.



Here are some things to keep in mind when you're involved with social media sites.

Decide what your brand actually is- Everyone is unique and has strengths and weaknesses. Don't think that just because you're new to internet marketing you don't have much to offer. Play on your strengths. Are you great with computers and all things "techy"? You can be the IT Maven. If you're the warm, fuzzy type and like to help people solve their problems, then you can "Motivation Man". Heck, you could even have a picture of yourself wearing a cape. Standing out in a crowd can be a good thing.

On any Social Media Platform, Look for people who need what you have to offer...

The phrase "target market" gets a lot of play these days, but if you're putting yourself in front of anyone who can fog a mirror and collecting friends on MySpace just for the sake of saying you have 1524 friends, that won't put money in your bank account.

Sure, be friendly to the folks you meet online (you never know who could turn into your best customer), but usually those folks will seek you out once they know what you're doing. Hint: If you're in Real Estate, find out where the Realtors hang out. If you're into health and wellness, there are tons of groups on social media sites like Facebook, MySpace and a bajillion other sites where those folks gather. Go where your market is. Just doing a keyword search for terms like "realtors" or "fitness"for example, inside of each social media site will give you more groups and fan clubs than you could ever visit in this lifetime.

Thou shalt not spam- On any social Media Platform... This is a biggy!

The surest way to kill a "brand" before ever getting out of the starting gate is to start off with a sales pitch. On many of the social media sites, there is a limit to the number of emails that can be sent out at a time to avoid the spammy thing(and for good reason). In my Facebook account for example, I get email everyday from people promoting the newest, ground-floor opportunity and to be nice(and thinking they thought enough of me to send me a personal message) I open it only to find that I was part of an email blast campaign and got my letter earlier than the rest because my name starts with "B". So much for being special. Can you say "delete"?
