Training & Updates for August 26th

‘Creating Your Own Leads’ Classes Continue…

Hello everyone,

On Saturday’s call we went over the early results coming in from the free traffic link we put up the previous Saturday call.  I was surprised to hear people were already getting opted-in leads from that campaign! 

This is just the beginning.  The key is to devote time to putting up links on a regular basis.  Track your results.  Try different ad headlines.  Then do more of what works.  Soon you have a prospecting machine that is self-funded and that brings people to you daily.  We have a lot more training to do but if you’re following along you are well on your way.

Next Steps…

Your next step should be to do more advertising (either free or low cost).  Start testing the different results from trying unique headlines and ad copy.  You can test an eZine ad, like we went over last Thursday.  Or, stay with the free programs. 

Free programs require a lot more hits before you get results, but as we learned on Saturday, you do get results.  To get started with more free places to advertise, go to www.mannabanner.com   From here you can register with many free programs.  If you need more help it’s on its way.  Didi will be doing courses specific to these free programs starting after MannaQuest.  Try to get started with as many of them as you can before then. 

You can always move ahead of the group and try Google adwords, but do a lot of testing before you spend much.  I suggest getting Perry Marshall’s training before you start.  You will find his training available in your Renegade back office.  I’ll be getting to this later.  If you want to move ahead there are all kinds of places to get training at The Renegade.

One area I am eager to get into is Blogs.  I’ll show you how I’ve set up a blog that brings me several new prospects a day, for free!  I didn’t know anything about setting up blogs and I am very technically challenged as far as websites.  I found a place where it’s easy to set one up and I’ll show you how.  Again, these are steps for the future after MannaQuest.

What do you do with your leads as they come in?

If you are promoting the 7 Great Lies free eBook, your prospects will automatically be getting an auto responder from Ann Sieg.  It will encourage them to purchase the eBook.  You will want to send these prospects an email to let them know who you are.  Here is a simple sample of what that may look like:

Hello (their name),

I noticed you had downloaded the eBook, ‘The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing.’ 

It’s is referring to another eBook I’ve gotten called ‘The Renegade Network Marketer.’  The power of this is it teaches you how to create leads on your own, while making money back to cover the advertising costs.  We have a free training class that walks you step-by-step in setting up your marketing.  It’s completely generic so you can use it to build any business you’re with. 

I’d also be happy to assist you if you have any questions along the way.

Later, I will be suggesting you put them into your own auto responder.  If you are with MannaCoach I will provide you with the auto-responders, which would be personalized for you. 

For now, just send them a friendly hello.  I’ll provide you with much more after you have built up a more steady flow of new prospects who come in from your ads regularly.  This will become a focus soon after MannaQuest.

If you have a lead from the sell of The Renegade ebook, then you have their phone number.  This is also an area of training we’ll cover soon.  However, I am maintaining a slow steady pace in this course and don’t want to get too far ahead.  The goal right now is to get everyone using several options to drive traffic so you create a steady steam of prospects continuously.  Once in this position everything changes (including your comfort level on the phone).

If you do want to make a call to someone who purchased The Renegade eBook, you can basically follow the same outline in the above email. Just offer help.  Plug them into the training we have.  Keep it simple.  You may ask them if they’re open to new opportunities.  If not, don’t think they won’t be soon.  Just focus on offering value.  Refer them to our trainings.  Ad them to your email list and forward my emails to them.  This is how you build the pipeline.

Monday’s Call (August 27th)

People had asked that I take them step-by-step through the process of sending out an Ezine ad.  I want to caution you before you decide to do an eZine ad.  If $65 is a lot of money for you to test results, do not do this.  I suggest you only do an Ezine ad this early if you want to accelerate your learning curve and aren’t afraid to spend some money to speed it up. 

It is not necessary to do an eZine ad this early in order to make progress. 

That being said, we’ll be taking you step-by-step through the process of sending out an Ezine ad on Monday at 6:30 pm PDT (7:30 MT, 8:30 CST, (9:30 EDT). 

To prepare you need to set up an account at a Top Surfer (if you haven't already).  Go to www.mannabanner.com  Scroll down to the yellow banner that's 4th from the bottom.  It says 'Free Unlimited Hits.'  Click there.  Then click Join.  (I suggest setting up a new free email address to use to sign up for things like this in case of spam.  For example, go to www.yahoo.com and click on Mail.  Then Look below the login area for:  Don't have a Yahoo! ID?.  Click there and set up a free account with yahoo.  This will give you a free email account to use for signing up in things like Top Surfer).

I can’t tell you what to write in your eZine ad, but I will let you know which headlines I used that got the best results.  In the future I will forward you eZine ads I have used but I am still in the testing phases myself and I’m not ready to share those with you.  I would like you to take responsibility for this process.  That is vital for your success.  You must be willing to take your own chances, invest into the learning process and the doing process.  I will continue to be your guide.

One thing is for certain.  This process is considerably more rewarding than any other method you have invested into.  So if your heart has been set on succeeding, now would be the time to get serious.  See the plan through.  Keep getting advertising out there.  Track your results.  Create your prospecting machine.  You get more than just to create a downline. 

You build up a company called, YOU, INC.  Because you are building a skill set that is extremely lucrative no matter what you do in life.  You are also building an email list that can pay you in numerous ways in the future.
