I’ve included an email below that I suggest you send to your prospects who have downloaded the 7 Great Lies or Renegade ebook.
You may have prospects in your Renegade system already and not even know it. I’ve included instructions below so you can check. If you have prospects you should be emailing them regularly. This is how you attract customers and business builders to you. It’s the key to it all.
Soon I’ll be sharing some auto email campaigns I use with those of you in the MannaCoach system at no additional charge. If you do not have the MannaCoach system you can purchase these campaigns in a package and use them as your own to offer value to your prospects and build a relationship. I’ll also provide a free training article about how you can create your own email campaigns if you’re on a string-shoe budget.
Quick tips when sending emails to your prospects:
Start by introducing who you are. Let them know of any success you’ve had. Let them know your personal thoughts about things you’ve learned. As you progress share what you learn or about new accomplishments. For example if you plan to start a blog of your own soon (like I have at www.networkmarketingsolved.com) let them know you’re planning it. Then, when you start one you introduce them to it. Instantly you’ll have traffic and an audience at your blog. They will see you progressing and will realize you are the leader they are looking for. Share about calls like this week with Ann Sieg. Email afterward about your impressions of the call. All the while you’re building a relationship with your list and providing service. This is the basis for attracting prospects and enrollments to you. Don’t drop the ball. You’re now in touch with what’s been missing your business all along. Even if you’re successful with the old model of networking marketing, applying what I’m sharing here will take it to en entirely new level of leverage and growth. Follow through.
How to check to see if you have prospects and how to email them
Log into your Renegade system at www.therenegadesystem.com (see login details on page 116 of your Renegade ebook)
Click on Reports link (3rd link at top)
Click on Prospects link
Look just below where it says on the page: Campaign View. You will see a drop down arrow. Click on it. Select ‘All Time’
Look below: Do you have prospects displayed?
If so you should email them the email I’ve pasted below (personalize it for you)
Here’s how you email them:
Click on the link in lower right that says: Download ALL Raw Data into CSV
A box should display from your computer. Click on Open
If that doesn’t open up Excell with the leads showing then you need to open up Microsoft Excell and then do step 2 again
If you need basic computer help (this is basic stuff) get someone to help you—have them show you how to do this; or, contact Didi and for a small fee for her time she’ll teach you this. It’s something you can use with computers for the rest of your life so learn it now
Once you have Excell open with the prospects information showing, highlight the column with email addresses. You do this by clicking on the letter at the top of the column.
Once they are all highlighted, put your mouse in the highlighted area and ‘right click’ with your mouse. Then select copy
Now you can past these email addresses into your email client (outlook, aol, or wherever you email from). Be sure to past them into the BCC area. This means Blind Carbon Copy. Otherwise your prospects will see each other’s email addresses and that’s not cool.
If you need help, get it! There’s not so much to learn. It just sometimes seems that way. If you haven’t learned how to do what I just shared with you and these instructions are not enough ask for help from someone or hire Didi for 15 minutes and own this new basic computer skill. Auto email campaigns
It is best to use an auto email campaign that you can set up to email your prospects pre-written emails for you. It is much easier to manage. It is far less time consuming. But, if you’re brand new, don’t have the MannaCoach system and are on a string-shoe budget, you can send emails manually.
