What exactly is this 'new' network marketing business model?

When Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard came out a couple years ago, there was already a growing discussion about 'how to attract people to you through a funded-sponsoring proposal.'

First, what is a funded sponsoring proposal?

A funded sponsoring proposal is when you are able to cover the cost of any marketing you do that has the end goal of attracting people into your network marketing business opportunity. 

But there are hundreds of different ways you can go about doing that.

Some people have taken the concept and made money games out of it. 

A lot of people have asked me if what I'm teaching is anything like Pay it forward 4 Profits, Profit Wildfire, Plug in 4 Profit, or one of these types of programs.

The answer is no.

Just as there are many different ways to use any type of business model or underlying strategy, there are vast differences here in how one can use the funded-sponsoring proposal concept to attract leads to them for both the opportunity or their products.

This is not an entirely new concept in traditional marketing.

Let me give you an example.

A saw an ad on the side of the bus the other day.  It was a large hospital in our area advertising the following message.  You could tell they spent a lot of money on the campaign because I've seen a similar message advertised elsewhere.  The message was something like "We want 10,000 moms and dads to come in for a free heart health examination."  The graphics on the ad was very family oriented basically sending the message that you love your children and family so you want to do what you can to live a longer healthier life. 

But do you really think that this is their main objective?

Do you think that they are only interested in getting moms and dads in for a free heart health examination?

No.  They are looking for customers of other products and services.  And I assure you that they have a big back end marketing campaign system in place from the moment you walk in that door to what you get in the mail one week later with one objective:  to sell you something.  And not just once.  They want to make you a long time customer.  That's how they make the money back on the marketing campaign and 'free heart health examination.'

This is used in traditional business all the time.  It's only now being integrated into network marketing business opportunity marketing because the network marketing business opportunity world is now large and educated enough to be marketed to as an audience by itself.

But we can use this model to attract other groups of people besides network marketers.

We can use it to attract business opportunity seekers.  Sell an ebook or information that can help them with a problem.  Like 'Are you Tired of getting scammed when looking for a business opportunity?  Get our ebook and learn exactly how to know if it's a real business you can make money with or a scam."  Of course, you'd have to work on that sales copy it's pretty weak, but you get the idea.  You solve a problem, package it.  Sell it.  You attract leads and it helps pay for your marketing. 

And what about product people.  Let's say you sell a food-based vitamin and mineral product.  Or, let's say your skin care product or financial service product is significantly better than your competitions.  You can do advertising online to attract your market by selling information that is truly valuable on the subject.  Then you make money back to increase you ad campaign and you have a self-funded marketing system.

There are some money-games out there that have taken this concept and twisted it a bit.  They have placed too much focus getting people to sign up in a bunch of other programs and the focus gets lost. 

What we are doing here is focused.  Put out a product, like the Renegade ebook, and attract an audience to you while making money back to cover the cost of advertising.  Build a relationship with that new prospect and this attracts them into your business when they are ready.  Offer value and service.  Assist them and many will want to be on your team.

It's simple and powerful.  We will move into many more audiences later.  Right now the time is right to attract network marketers because it offers us the greatest leverage.

More on all this going forward.  For now, take action or you'll get left behind.  This is a special time in network marketing.  Seize it.
