How Does Magnetic Sponsoring Compare to The Renegade?
Thursday, August 23, 2007 at 04:12PM Many of you have heard of Magnetic Sponsoring, by Mike Dillard. I have been following his training for a couple of years now and I've been impressed. I hadn't promoted this to my team for some reasons that I share here, but I do think that Magnetic Sponsoring is a great introduction to the same principles that The Renegade introduces.
Magnetic Sponsoring has been around for a couple years. It was really the first well-organized version of the idea to sell an ebook on the front-end to attract prospects to you while creating the funds to grow your advertising budget.
Why didn't I promote Magnetic Sponsoring to my team initially?
There were two reasons.
One reason was Dillard's writing style.

I felt that Mike Dillard's writing style would prevent many people, particularly women, from following his point. A large portion of his eBook focuses on the qualities of an 'alpha leader,' which many women won't relate to... with that said, I do realize there are women who did relate, but my point explains why you will see a lot more men at Dillard's front page, even though there are many more women in the network marketing industry.
The Renegade, on the other hand, uses a more generic writing style, which I've found reaches a larger audience. These are the kinds of things Mike Dillard will teach you--regarding target market and the language that attracts them. Hey, I'm just giving you the reasons I opted to lead with The Renegade here... don't over-think this.
The second reason I chose The Renegade Network Marketer to introduce this business building method, as opposed to
Magnetic Sponsoring, is because on the back-end, Magnetic Sponsoring sells MLM Traffic Formula. It's a fantastic course. But I felt it would overwhelm most beginners (and the cost was $500). I felt that my particular audience needed a more 'beginners start,' and that is what The Renegade represented.
So don't get me wrong... Magnetic Sponsoring is a fantastic Book. MLM Traffic Formula, which is the in-depth Internet Marketing Training course is fantastic. These are simply different ways of communicating the same elements covered in The Renegade.
If you would like to move into a more advanced area of Interent attract based marketing, I suggest reviewing some of Mike Dillard's resources:
