Ever wonder how and when you can directly prospect in the new attraction based model?

Different leaders in the 'new' model have different opinions on this. 

For example, Ann Sieg believes you should never be direct in your approach.  She is very successful without directly targeting her email list with an offer to join her in the business.  She has specific methods that still attract people to her in large numbers.   If you're going to be direct, Ann says, send something out about your products. 

Ann is more direct on the front end strategies, however, before someone joins her list she sets up lead capture pages that attract large numbers of prospects to her, ready to join her from the get-go.  This takes time to learn how to do.

There are others who disagree with Ann, and think you can directly target your list with an offer to join you in the business as a partner.  They are also very successful.  For example, Mike Dillard, of MLM Traffic Formula believes you can have a direct sales letter go out to your list by mail, but not by email.  That way, he says, they won't opt out of the email list.  When they get a professional letter in the mail it doesn't have a negative effect like it does in the email box.  If your emails are value based then they will continue wanting to receive those even if they're not ready for an opportunity.  Mike spells out, step by step, how you can directly sponsor 5-20 people each month in a very automated way by sending a letter in the mail to your list.

For the record, I like Mike Dillard's approach best on this. 

I understand why Ann Sieg takes the stance she does on it though. She was a top leader in The Leader's Club.  That's an MLM company that focuses entirely on mentoring and coaching people from all kinds of different companies.  At the Leader's Club I can imagine it was very important that they never try to enroll people into The Leader's Club MLM opportunity and just stick with selling the product; otherwise, they'd lose respect (and referrals) from the leaders of other companies.  She is probably carrying that same logic over to teaching solutions based marketing.

However, I like the way Mike Dillard lays it out in his MLM Traffic Formula course.  We'll get to that in our trainings after our free training area is ready and we've activated our affiliate program called, Renegade Professional. 

For now, here's a real-life example (below) for the 3rd group who thinks, on occasion, it's perfectly OK to directly prospect for your opportunity from your email list.  This is one of the guys who was with Pay it Forward for Profits.  I am not sure if he's still doing that or not.  I wasn't a big fan of Pay-it-Forward for Profits but I respect this guy all the same for employing the new network marketing model in his own way.  He created a huge email list from it and has a huge organization with Shakley by building with the attraction based model.   And he's still building Shakley this way as you'll see below.

His email list is so big that I assure you, by sending the email out to his list below I have NO doubt he'll be flooded with dozens if not hundreds of high-quality prospects who are ready to work with him.  That's the power of this model. 

You can create the same situation (at different levels) that Ann Sieg, Mike Dillard and Paul (below) have created.  You don't need to be at the level they are to love it.  They're all millionaires in this process.  Just do a little of what they do and you'll have great success.
