Prepaid Legal Services is kicking off 2009 with a bang! On January 2^nd, 2009 in Anaheim, California, Harland Stonecipher, the founder and CEO of the network marketing company brought together many of the top leaders in the company to announce the company’s new fast start program.

This program was designed by many of the top associates in the field. The goal of the program is to help new people get paid faster, get promoted faster, earn more money and become more productive.

The program also has a goal to reward the leadership ranks within the company for their business building efforts and ensure they have equal opportunity to build their organization how they see fit.

Two Options For Prepaid Legal Associates To Join The Company

As of January 5^th, any associate who gets started with Prepaid Legal has two options. They can sign up for $49 as an associate. Doing so allows them to participate in the regular compensation plan that Prepaid Legal offers.

The second option is they will be able to sign up for $249 as an associate. By registering for the higher start up price, these associates will receive a business builders kit that comes complete with a number of tools and resources to help them get their business up and running. It also entitles them to 90 days of free web site and voice messaging system access.

In addition to these resources, associates that register at the higher price point will also be able to move through the compensation plan at a faster pace. Every associate of Prepaid Legal starts out at the Junior Associate position where they earn over $34 for each $36 monthly legal plan/identity theft service they market.

A $49 associate gets promoted to the Associate position when he or she recruits one associate who purchases the service. The commissions increase to over $69 for each $36 plan marketed. A $34 override from Junior Associate business now becomes available as well.

A $249 associate that recruits one associate who purchases the service gets to skip the Associate position and move right to the Senior Associate position. At this position, he or she now earns over $138 for each $36 plan marketed. A Senior Associate earns a $69 override from Associate business and a $103 override for Junior Associate business.

Prepaid Legal Introduces New Leadership Bonus For Its Executive Directors

The company has also created a leadership bonus for those associates who have reached the Executive Director position or above. The Executive Director position is the first leadership position in the company and it is typically at this position where associates in the company begin to earn a full time income.

Whenever a $249 associate gets promoted to the Senior Associate position, the next Executive Director within that line of sponsorship earns a $100 bonus on top of any overrides that would normally be earned on that business.

This bonus is paid on all $249 associates that get promoted within that Executive Director’s organization that are not under another Executive Director. If there is another Executive Director within the organization, a $25 bonus is earned on all $249 associates that get promoted within that Executive Director’s organization as well.

Additional bonuses are also available in increments of $100, $50, $25, $20, and $5 to higher ranked Executive Directors who create multiple lines of sponsorship with other Executive Directors. Some of these higher ranked executives are expected to earn bonuses anywhere from $5,000 to $30,000 a month in addition to their current income.

Many of the top leaders within the company are more excited about this program than they have been about anything else. In fact, some of the higher ranked Executives are going back into recruiting mode instead of just enjoying their passive income streams because of how lucrative this compensation plan change is.

Other network marketing companies have offered similar compensation programs resulting in rapid growth and expansion. Prepaid Legal is hoping that this program allows their company to experience similar rapid expansion and growth.
