Mona Vie is a relatively new network marketing company founded in 2005. However, thanks to an experienced executive team and the recruiting of some heavyweight network marketing superstars, Mona Vie is making a big splash into the network marketing industry.

 

So what’s all the excitement about this company? The company offers several nutritional products designed to provide better health benefits for its customers. In addition, the company offers a very interesting compensation plan.

 

Mona Vie Products

 

The primary product of the Mona Vie product portfolio is the Mona Vie juice. The company offers a wide variety of different juice blends designed to help promote a healthy lifestyle and rid the body of harmful toxins.

 

The purple bottle is the premier product, the Mona Vie  juice. Mona Vie also offers two other juices as well. MonaVie Pulse (the red bottle) helps support the cardiovascular system. MonaVie Active (the green bottle) helps with joint performance.

 

Mona Vie Compensation Plan

 

Much of the excitement around the Mona Vie opportunity lies with its compensation plan. Heavy hitters like Orrin Woodward formerly of Amway Quixtar and Randy Schroeder formerly of Agel have left million dollar businesses to join Mona Vie.

 

While typically many of these heavy hitters get “special deals” to come over to the competition, the bottom line is that they wouldn’t have left unless they thought the opportunity was better than what they were in. Here’s a look at the Mona Vie marketing pay plan.

 

The Mona Vie marketing plan uses the binary system for paying its distributors. The way it works is as follows. Every person that you sponsor into the business gets assigned to one of two legs. Each additional person personally sponsored by you are placed in whatever leg needs them the most.

 

Your income is based upon the amount of sales generated by the team. Whenever your weakest leg generates 500 points worth of product purchases (PV), you earn 10% commissions. So 500 points worth of product purchases equals $50 in commissions paid out to you. Unpaid volume is carried over until you weakest leg reaches 500 points.

 

However, in addition to the binary compensation plan, Mona Vie also uses an Executive check match as well. This is a stairstep breakaway compensation plan in which you earn commissions on every distributor that hasn’t hit your level and breakaway bonuses on the organizations built by distributors that have hit your level.

 

If you are at the Bronze Executive level or higher in the compensation plan, this helps with one of the biggest complaints with a binary plan. The complaint is that you don’t earn any commission on the efforts of your strongest leg.

 

With the Executive check match, Mona Vie makes sure they pay at least 50% commission on the sale of product. If that commission is not paid out in the binary plan, the different gets paid out in the Executive Check match.
