Mark Hoverson is more than an MLM Guru. He has many leadership qualities that are evident as I interviewed him recently over a cup of coffee. (Not in person - but someday we will meet for that coffee house chat) Hoverson stands out even though so many great leaders are online now to provide value and training for their teams.

Why? One reason is that he leads with stories - his own but also many stories about his team, giving them exposure. Yes, Hoverson is definitely an Internet MLM Guru who stands out in the crowd because for one thing, he loans his internet traffic out.  He will provide marketing not just for his business partners but even for people who are not on his team. In other words, if his stories are about you, he is attracting people to you. That's attraction marketing at its finest.

I have been learning video marketing and interviewing skills from Mark Hoverson, as he tells stories about people on YouTube and then calls them to chat while filming. I wanted to do the same thing with him, minus the video camera :) and I did!

Let me tell you, that is quite a story in itself. Let me just say, besides being a 7 figure earner in MLM, Mark Hoverson is a great guy and generous leader. He was not only gracious enough to give me an hour of his time but get this... he gave me another hour during that same extremely busy day of his!

You see, Mark's interview was my very first podcast. It was an extremely inspiring talk with a great leader but I made a mistake and I didn't get the recording!  I know.  Totally true though.  But after I got over my silly feeling of being so inexperienced, I called his assistant again and humbly confessed. With a smiley face, his assistant John said that Mark would give me another hour and added "Have Terri practice with a friend first :)"
