Randy Gage. Pioneer, or just plain out of touch. The debate is on and raging like wildfire. Randy Gage, a well known mlm guru has been called “The Millionaire Messiah” because as he says “you are meant to be rich, and it is a sin to be poor.”

A high school dropout, Gage rose from a dishwasher in a pancake house to a self made millionaire. At last check, he was earning $1.5 million per year. Not bad for someone from such humble beginnings.  But, by all accounts, Gage did not make his millions overnight.

Randy Gage started his journey to riches with an mlm business opportunity but today he has built his own empire with training materials and speaking engagements worldwide. Just recently, Gage decided to venture back into the world of mlm where he first began because of his strong belief in the concept of network marketing for a residual income.

Old School vs New School - The Debate Continues

Many debates have been waged, both pro and con, about whether Randy Gage practices what he preaches. He is by all accounts what one would define as “old school”. In other words, he believes in speaking to at least 10 people a day, distributing “pre-sell” packets and attending hotel meetings. To this day, he believes that belly to belly networking is essential to anyone’s success in an mlm business opportunity.

But here is the catch. Although Randy Gage is not a fan of attraction marketing for your mlm business opportunity, he is a big believer in utilizing the methodology to sell his own goods and wares on the internet. Gage has his own website, aptly titled RandyGage.com and sells everything from his “prosperity packages” to training and public speaking packages.

He also has his own blog where he stirs up controversy daily about the pros and cons of Network Marketing, old school vs. new school and whether you can really use attraction marketing effectively for an mlm business opportunity.

When confronted by critics about a perceived "double standard", Gage's response is simply that he uses the internet to sell his goods but NOT for his mlm business opportunity.

So Why Is Randy Gage Blogging?

Video, twittering, facebook, blogs - utilizing all of the social media tools out there right now to get the word out and socialize.  His latest blog has a video promoting his newest venture in network marketing.  Isn’t that what attraction marketing is really all about? Not really, says Gage. He does love social networking but ONLY to use as a tool for socializing, NOT promoting. He still strongly believes in the old school methods of networking and building an mlm business.

Randy Gage is a very powerful and charismatic speaker and if you have ever had the opportunity to hear him or listen to one of his tapes, you would understand why he is as successful as he is today.

Gage captivates his audience with stories about his “in the trenches” experience, provoking an ability to relate to him at almost any level. Best known for his “Duplication Nation” and “Prosperity Success Series” Randy Gage shows no signs of slowing down soon.

He is the consummate mlm guru to his core. Love him, hate him, agree with him or disagree, Randy Gage IS Network Marketing.

Like love and marriage, MLM Network Marketing and Randy Gage go hand in hand.

You simply can't have one without the other.
