 I have found this to be a very substantial product once you are in a situation to utilize it to it’s fullest on a regular basis.

There are 2 good training videos but you need to poke around a little to find them. One is for beginners and one for more advanced users. Once you have them they are very explicit in outlining all the facilities and how to use them. I would certainly recommend the use of the FREE 30 day trial offer and the 2 training videos to practise and become competent before signing up for the monthly subscriptions.

I want to suggest you try http://www.showdocument.com - its an alternative tool for gotomeeting that allows document sharing and web meeting in real-time. all the participants in the session see each others' drawing, highlights, etc. It is free and requires no installation.
