Has PPC Domination Already Become Obsolete Due to Google’s New Crack Down? By Eric Walker

It seems Google has just trumped PPC Domination. Just a week after the release of PPC Domination by Magnetic Sponsoring’s chief Google Adwords resident, Jim Yaghi, it seems Google has enforced a crack down.
According to a blog post at PerryMarshall.com – Perry Marshall is the author of The Definitive Guide to Google Adwords, and is considered to be the Google Adwords expert – Google is deeming MLM and affiliate marketing as illegitimate.
Google is tightening the screws on the MLM and affiliate marketing industry. Google is no longer considering MLM and affiliate marketing businesses as “valid.”
Google has disallowed all ads forwarding to affiliate links or sites i.e. “bridge pages” that forward to an affiliate site, and any site that contains all or portions of a parent company site. This is an example of one method Jim Yaghi taught in PPC Domination.
What this means is that all PPC ads using this method will be disapproved or their Quality Score will drop so low that they won’t display.
If you have PPC ads currently up and running, you might not notice a change in your ads. But once you edit your existing ad or create a new ad, Google reviews your campaigns. That’s when your MLM or affiliate ads will drop.
What This Means for “Newbie” PPC Domination Users with Google Pay-Per-Click
If you’re new to Google Pay-Per-Click, and you’re intently following through with your investment of PPC Domination, you may have this experience:
Google will reject the new ads you've been putting up. For example, you may have a relevant domain name that you are forwarding to your Renegade University affiliate link. Google will tell you it's not valid. So then, you may try the same thing with your Magnetic Sponsoring link – same response.
From a comfort and ease of operation stand point, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN are said to be more user friendly. Although, they receive less traffic.
MSN has real “live” people who answer the phone at customer service. This can sometimes be much more difficult with Google.
If you are learning Pay-Per-Click through the PPC Domination course, the basics are still the same, and the training will apply to Yahoo and MSN. Each location have slightly different “set-up,” and the "rules" for good bidding, placement and keywords will also vary . But all the concepts that are being taught in PPC Domination can be used.
Google Pay-Per-Click Crackdown – Initial Reactions from the PPC Domination Camp i.e. Jim Yaghi | Perry Marshall Responds with a Live Teleseminar with Jeff Hughes
Jim Yaghi’s first response:
“Yeah I've seen it but don't really believe it. You can’t advertise a masked page. There's nothing official from Google to confirm what’s been heard (yet). My own account has remained unaffected (in fact I am getting leads at $2.50 - my price went down!) And i've checked with a few other adwords advertisers, experts in affiliate marketing and mlm--and they too are doing well.
Don't get me wrong--I DO believe that indeed Google is making it harder and harder for us--but we're entrepreneurs and we deal with it, adjust, and keep moving forward.
When asked about creating another video tutorial, a sort of addendum to the PPC Domination course, the always generous Jim Yaghi had this to say, “That's definitely something I plan to do! I want to make a video showing the process but I need to figure out the easiest way for you guys to learn it.”
Meanwhile, Perry Marshall will be hosting a teleseminar about the latest changes at Google regarding domain names in Google ads, and ways to continue to increase click-thru-rate and lower cost per conversion.
For those that register, an MP3 of the call will be distributed. For those on the call, a special handout that summarizes how to deal with the new Google changes will be provided.
