A Review of AWeber Emailing System

When I first began doing Internetmarketing I had never even heard of an autoresponder. I was told to “Go to AWeber and sign up”, because this is what I needed to do to set up my e-mail campaign.!!! It was like a foreign language.
So first let us address the question: What is email marketing and autoresponders and why do I need them?
- If you are a small business and you are not taking advantage of an automatic email system to keep you customers informed you are not maximising your customer’s revenue potential.
- If you are not following up with your customers in a systematic and effective way you are not building a relationship of trust with them.
- An “opt in” list is a goldmine for any business and without it you are simply leaving money on the table. As the saying goes “the money is in the list”. No list, no business.
Deciding on any internet marketing tool to use especially which autoresponder to use needs some careful thought and consideration as there a several excellent reliable options on the market.
There Are Challenges and there are Solutions.
AWeber is the benchmark in the industry but it pays to shop around to find the best fit for your business.

- High Deliverability rate, about 97%. They have trainings – videos and PDF files that explain how to ensure high deliverability.
This is so important these days when many email providers have very high spam protection. - Confirmed OPT-IN - So what does this mean? This is now the industry standard. Every time you create a new list or add a new client to your list, AWeber automatically sets this feature.This reduces the risk of being accused of Spam because your customers have clicked the link and agreed to receive your emails and offers. Some potential customers may not like this option and at the end of the day you may have fewer opt- ins but they will be of a higher quality because they have taken the trouble to reply to the opt in requirement.If your content is genuine and of interest to your potential client then odds are they will opt in to receive your VALUABLE information.
- Spam Filters.AWeber has a simple but effective tool to aid you in checking and identifying the spam levels in each follow up email. If the spam level is too high then it will not reach your potential client. You are given the opportunity to change words or phrases before submitting your email.

- AWeber gives you the huge advantage of being able to send broadcast messages. What this maens is - if you are promoting a special event or webinar which is a once only event you can schedule the date and timing for the release of the announcement to the list or lists you specify.
- AWeber has tracking and analytical tools. These tools along with their reports help you get the best out of your email campaigns.
- Customer support. I have found this to be very good. In the USA there is live support during normal trading hours. For the other countries their email response is fast and effective. They have also developed Live Chat support with their representatives who can help you during support hours.
- Your On-going success Their interest in your on-going success is at the forefront of their customer retention policy. They frequentlyoffer live Step by Step How To video sessions where you are invited to ask and receive LIVE answers. If the time runs out before you receive your answer they do respond by email. I have tested this option and the response was rapid.
- Whenever you are entering, adding, selecting etc. there are “help balloons” that appear to guide you through your task.
On the down side AWeber is slightly more costly once your list grows over 10,000 – I wish! Price increments are applied.
Also because of the complexity of AWeber it does take a little more time and focus to become familiar with the system, especially if you are a newbie.
So here are my tips for you.

Spend time initially exploring and learning how to use your autoresponder. Test out its many features and ask questions if you are not sure. Once you are truly familiar with it will become one of the best tools you have in your business.

Building your subscribers list is your pot of gold. Don’t stop – keep going.

Start with around 10 emails and develop to 30 over time. Never stagnate.

When it comes to Internet Marketing tools, we all need many, to help our business run smoothly. This article is all about Oprius. Oprius is an emailing system with so much more. Emailing, auto-responding, lead capture and more. Let me explain each here. For even more details, go right over to Oprius and listen to the audios available there.
Emailing
OK, so emailing can be done from any server, right? BUT, can you keep track of where every email went, to whom, when, what was said, etc? Opruis makes keeping track of all this vital information so easy. It takes care of all that for us. All you have to know is the person's name and you can find all the detailed information that transpired between you.
This includes each time you call. When you add that information at the time of the call, it will always be there. If you can't remember if you called someone, go back and check the history.
Every time you have contact with anyone in your Opruis account, it is kept in the history of that
individual person. This way, no one gets forgotten or over looked by mistake. This sysyem eliminates this problem completely.

Auto Responding
Oprius is also great for setting up one or several auto responder emails. I posted to Twitter the other day that I was working on my auto-responders. I had someone ask me what an auto-responder was. So, here's what I told them.
You have an online business that you either sell products from or offer services. You also have a lead capture page. (another subject for another lens) You advertise your product and/or service. People opt in to your lead capture page. They are then attached to your email auto-responder and begin to get automatic emails sent periodically. You can have as large or as small auto-responder campaign set up as you want. It can be just one follow up email or it can be hundreds. It depends on your business, what you are offering and how many times you want to drip information into their inbox.
So, Oprius also offers an auto-responder system. It is so easy to use. I learned how to set it up before I took a class about it at Renegade Professional. The class reinforced what I had already discovered at Oprius.
You will find the auto-responder set up at Oprius by going to your site and clicking on relationship builder. From there, watch the video for instructions. It's very self explainatory and after watching it, makes doing it so much easier.
More Features
Within the Oprius site, you have a few more features. You can set up a task schedule and have reminders emailed to you. You can set up your personal calendar with appointments.
All these can be set up to have reminders sent to you. This way nothing and no one gets forgotten. If you are in the network marketing business, you have learned how important the follow up is.
Actually, every business depends on some form of follow up to keep customers happy and make sure they continue to come back. Follow up is key to any business, tradtional and network marketing.
