Network Marketing with Magnetic Sponsoring and The Renegade

I have listened (twice now!) to Charlie Page's training call in the Renegade back office. He suggests running:

1. 1, maybe 2 Solo Ads if profitable
2. 2-3 Sponsor Ads
3 3-5 Classified Ads
4. Repeat

However, I have not been able to locate any Sponsor Ads at the TopSurfer site. They list a Newsletter Ad, but it sounds more like a Classified Ad. Maybe the best thing to do would be to get the Directory of Ezines--does it tell you what Ezines have all 3 ads available?
