Discussion Area NEW > For those using Squarespace for your blog
Sorry the first part says to put "Adwords" on the site.
The correct thing is "ANALYTICS", which is what the second part says, and what the links is directed toward.
If you follow the link, you will get the the right place, sorry for the confusion.

Hi -
Just a quick piece of info for everyone.
If you are using the Squrespace blog system, which I think we all are, don't pay to much attention to the "traffic" section in the admin area.
My traffic logs were stuck for a while, so I e-mailed support and they said they were aware of some problems, and that they were working on it.
They then recommended that I put Google Adwords on my blog to track the traffic while they were working on making the "tracking" a little better at Squarespace.
If you are unfamiliar with Google Analytics, you can find it by going to this link:
http://www.google.com/analytics/
Then, to put it on your blog, follow the instructions on this link:
http://manual.squarespace.com/faq/search-engines-and-promotion/where-can-i-insert-my-google-analytics-or-other-tracking-jav.html
