How to Attract Network Marketers into Your Network Marketing Organization

Wouldn’t you love to recruit a heavy hitter into your network marketing organization? Someone who can get started and bring tens of thousands of new distributors into your team instantly?

Well the chances of that happening are slim to none. Most heavy hitters who move to new companies get started under other heavy hitters or cut a special deal with a different network marketing company.

Something that is much more likely and that can have similar benefits for you is to recruit network marketing distributors who are dissatisfied with their current opportunity and are looking at new network marketing companies.

Why Switch Network Marketing Companies?

There are a number of reasons why network marketers change companies. Some of these reasons include…

  1. Lack of passion for the product or service.
  2. Lack of satisfaction with the compensation plan.
  3. Their company goes out of business.
  4. They believe another opportunity is a better opportunity.
  5. Dissatisfaction with their up line support team.

If you are at the right place and the right time, many of these distributors make excellent new business partners for you and your organization.

Many network marketers were initially recruited into the industry by a friend or family member. Once they understand the industry a little more, the next time they join a network marketing company they typically will do a lot more research before getting involved.

This is where you come in play.

You want to make sure that in your online network marketing efforts you show that you offer a lot of value. This way, as network marketing distributors are looking for a new company or sponsor to work with they will be attracted to you. Learning attraction marketing and how to provide value will make you and what you have to offer appealing to many.

Timing Is Everything When Recruiting Network Marketers

Sometimes when you first encounter a network marketing distributor they aren’t even interested in looking at a new business opportunity.

Where many distributors make a mistake in their recruiting efforts is in trying to play a “my opportunity is better than yours” game. This almost never works and is a complete waste of time for both you and the prospect.

A better approach is to offer distributors industry generic information that will help them build their own network marketing opportunity. This way, even if they aren’t interested in your business opportunity at this point and time, you will have a way to keep in touch with them.

As time goes by things may change and some distributors may lose interest in building their current opportunities. Or, they may decide to build multiple network marketing opportunities . If they are on your list and you have provided them with a tremendous amount of value, many of them will consider working with you.

The secret to attracting network marketers in to your organization is to build a relationship with them without trying to recruit them. If you do that, you will find that more and more network marketers will make the decision to join your network marketing team.
