Agel Compensation Marketing Plan
The Agel compensation plan offers a number of ways that you can get paid as a distributor with the company. The first form of compensation is retail sales. You buy the products wholesale, sell at retail and keep the difference in profits.
When you recruit a new distributor into your organization and they purchase an initial order you earn a commission based on the level of the order. A personal pack results in a $35 commission. An executive pack results in a $200 commission.
If you join Agel and purchase an executive pack, you also receive a 3% bonus based on the production of your organization. This bonus is weighted based on the overall growth of your team commissions month to month.
When you qualify for the position of Senior Director or above, the Agel also pays you a car bonus for each month you qualify. This bonus ranges anywhere from $500 to $3000 a month. You also receive an expense account for the same amount as well.
Agel uses a binary compensation plan based on the production of your team. You earn 10% commission per month based on the volume produced by the lowest producing leg in your organization.
Agel also uses a stairstep breakaway compensation plan once you reach the position of Director and above. These commissions are based on the production done by people that you personally enroll into your organization and goes up to 7 levels deep. The match ranges from 7% to 50%.
Building an Agel Business Using Internet Network Marketing
